Why consultants work with us

We place people, not resumes. Here's what that means in practice.

  • Recruiters who know your field

Our team has worked in quality, engineering and IT. We understand what a design-control audit or a cloud migration actually involves, so we match you to roles that fit.

  • Honest conversations

Straight answers on rates, timing and fit. If a role isn't right for you, we say so, and we keep looking.

  • Support during the assignment

Weekly pay, a clear onboarding plan, and a check-in after you start. When an assignment ends, we're already working on what's next.

  • Clients worth working for

Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, engineering and technology organizations that hire consultants for work that matters.

How it works

  1. Send your resume. Use the form on this page or email it to us. We review every submission.
  2. Talk with a recruiter. A short call about your experience, what you're looking for, your location and availability.
  3. Get matched. We present you for roles that fit, prepare you for interviews, and handle the back-and-forth with the client.
  4. Start the assignment. We take care of onboarding, timesheets and payroll so you can focus on the work.
  5. Stay connected. Regular check-ins, help with extensions, and first look at future opportunities.

Where you could work

  • Life Sciences: quality, regulatory, validation, clinical, R&D and manufacturing
  • Engineering: project management, mechanical, electrical, process and field engineering
  • Information Technology: software, cloud, security, data and IT project leadership

Current openings

Openings change weekly and many are filled from our network before they're posted. The fastest route to the right role is to send your resume. We also post new positions on LinkedIn.

Already consulting with us?

Submit hours through the consultant timesheet portal. Questions about an assignment, extension or payroll go straight to your recruiter.

Questions consultants ask us

Do I need to be local?

It depends on the role. Many positions are on-site or hybrid, but we also place remote consultants. Tell us where you are and how far you're willing to travel.

How are rates set?

Rates reflect the role, your experience and the market. We'll tell you the range before you decide whether to interview, and we don't present you anywhere without your approval.

How long are assignments?

Most run three to twelve months. Many are extended, and some convert to permanent positions with the client.

Who pays me?

Cloud Staffing Professionals does. You submit a timesheet each week and are paid weekly.

What if I refer someone?

If a consultant you refer is placed through us, you receive a referral bonus. Just mention their name when you send us yours.

Send us your resume

We keep your information confidential and never share it without your permission.
