About the Job
We are always searching for Technical Recruiters to join the rapidly growing Life Sciences and Engineering industries and work out of our new Beverly MA location!!! While the position is in Beverly you will be responsible for calling clients or candidates nationwide!
Day-to-Day:
- Recruit Senior Level contractors in the Life Science and Engineering industries
- Willing to build a database upwards of 200 candidates
- Fill contract roles with candidates from your database
- Search for candidates through sourcing tools and LinkedIn
- Willing to generate leads for account managers via referrals
- Gain and understanding of the Clinical, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Markets
- Work closely with Account Managers to build a symmetrical database

Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- 2-4 Years of experience in Recruiting Candidates for IT, Life Sciences, Healthcare or Engineering
- Creative, outgoing, energetic person
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Independent Thinker with problem solving skills are a must
